At Roberts-Gordon, we are proud to support students and entry-level employees as they enter the exciting HVAC industry. One of our frontline team members is Patrice Patalet, whose journey reflects a passion for personal and professional growth.
Patrice began his journey in Texas, where he came from the country of Chad. There he engaged in workforce training to start building his career. During his first few years in the states, Patrice developed an interest in cybersecurity. Looking to learn more about this field, Patrice found a program at the State University of New York at Buffalo. While enrolled in classes, he wanted to apply his education in the workforce, so he joined RG.
Throughout his time at Roberts-Gordon, Patrice has worked on the Sterile-Aire side of the plant as a Production Associate, building solutions that bring improved air quality to buildings. “It feels good to help build products that keep people safe,” said Patrice. “During my time here, I’ve always felt supported. Keith (Kraska) listens to us and our needs and is a great leader. I’ve been able to use the skills and lessons learned here in the classroom and will use them in the future.”
Outside of work, Patrice continues to follow his passion for cybersecurity. He is also an avid soccer player and fan of Real Madrid.
Patrice’s journey is a testament to the power of hard work, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth. He represents the kind of talent and drive that makes Roberts-Gordon proud, and we look forward to witnessing his continued success.
